Pollos Asados Delmitas started with a simple idea: serve chicken the way your abuela would — slow-roasted, properly seasoned, and cooked with attention that you can taste.

We built this restaurant on the belief that a great meal doesn't need fancy presentation. It needs fresh ingredients, a good fire, and a recipe worth passing down. Every chicken that comes out of our kitchen has been marinated and roasted to order.
